Registration

You will have to fill in the enrollement form online, click here : the registration fee is 80€ and it is NOT refundable. It is personal and can not be transferred to another person. Your enrolment implies that you have read and agreed to our “Terms and Conditions” mentioned above. With each registration form join a 30% deposit payment, it is possible to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

• The rest should be payed 2 weeks before arrival.
• For a last minute registration (that is to say less than 2 weeks before arrival) the payment should be fully made.

Cancellation :

The registration fee is not refundable. It is personal and can not be transferred to another person.

• If you wish to cancel your registration, you must send us an email 4 weeks before your lessons start. In which case, the total will be refunded except for the administrative costs. After this period any refund will be impossible.
• BLCI will not reimburse a stay that has already started at the school or in a host family.

Insurance

You must have a minimum risk insurance cover when staying at BLCI :

• Medical expenses (illness, hospitalization, repatriation)
• Liability (damage to a third party)

Photo copyrights

BLCI can take pictures during your stay in our school. The school retains the right to use these photos on brochures, websites and social networks. If you do not want your image to be used, it is imperative that you sign our internal document concerning copyright.
