Consent forms

Before you set off make sure you have received all relevant consent forms from parents and guardians including permission for the use of photographs by the centre.

Information Evening

We recommend that you host an information evening for parents whose children are taking part in this visit to BLCI. It is an opportunity to provide parents with the information they need, answer any questions and show them where they are going.
